Gym: Guests cannot use the fitness center and swimming-pool during the quarantine stay

Outside Walking Schedule: Guests have to wait for their first swab result before leaving the rooms

Outside Delivery Service: Guests can order food using external delivery services. Not allowed to bring in the hotel: Uncooked food, food without FDA label, yogurt or pasteurized items and alcoholic beverages.

Payment:

• Full prepayment is required upon making reservation and non-refundable
• Amendment is required in writing at least 3 days prior arrival date. Amendment is subject to room availability.
• Cancelation can be accepted 3 days prior arrival. Justificative documents are required (Positive covid test result, Thailand Pass issue, flights canceled), otherwise it will result in a penalty of full stay charge. The package is non-refundable for following reasons: No shows and early check-out to hospital in case of covid 19 positive result
