Payment:

• A full prepayment is required.
• Amendment. The hotel  requires a written notice and supporting documents at least 72 hours prior arrival in case of COE issue, non approved visa, flight cancelation or positive covid test before traveling.
• Cancelation. The hotel strictly requires a written notice and supporting documents at least 3 days prior  arrival. A full refund can apply  in case of COE issue, non approved visa, positive covid test before traveling, flight cancelation. Supporting and official documents are requested. For others reasons, the package will be fully charged.
