Gym: While in quarantine, in-house guests will not be able to use the fitness center facilities.
Outside Walking Schedule: For the 15 nights ASQ package, guests won’t be able to spend time at the hotel outdoor relaxing area
Outside Delivery Service: Snacks, fresh whole fruits and similar groceries from supermarkets and convenient stores are allowed. Fresh food such as sliced meats, fish, cheese and salads are not allowed. Contact the front desk for further information.

Payment
- A full payment is required.
- Amendments of stay dates is allowed 5 days prior arrival with proof that flight is amended. Room types subject to availability on new dates and price change.
- In case of room cancelation or no show, the advance payment is non-refundable. If the cancelation is due to a positive covid result prior departure, a refund may be considered if the result is provided at least 24 hrs prior arrival. In others cases (Flight change or COE delayed), the hotel must be notified in writing 48 hrs in advance of the original arrival date.
