Gym: Guests can use the fitness center and the swimming-pool after a negative covid 19 test result

Outside walking schedule: Guests will be allowed to leave their rooms after a negative covid 19 test result

Outside delivery service: Guests are advised to order food via the room service of the hotel

Payment:

• A full payment is required. For securing the reservation, a 50% deposit must be made for the selected package. The remaining 50% must be paid prior the COE application to get the hotel confirmation letter.
• Dates may be amended at no additional fee but the hotel must be notified in writing 24 hours in advance of the original arrival date.
• Cancelation is applicable up to 24 hours prior arrival. In the event of an amendment in government regulations, prepayment can be transferred to a future date of stay or alternatively to any COMO property free of charge
