Gym offer: Guests cannot use the fitness center and the swimming-pool of the hotel
Outside Walking Schedule: Guests will be able to spend time at the relaxing area of the hotel after a first covid 19 negative test
Outside Delivery Service: Guests can use external delivery services for ordering food or items but parcels will be opened for security check and reseal before delivering to the guests. Delivery service 3 times a day; 11 am, 15 pm and 18 pm

Payment:
- A full prepayment is required at the time of booking and not refundable
- For bookings amendments, a notification of 3 days prior arrival is requested . The amendment can be done free of charge (Payment will be kept 90 days).
- For booking cancelation, a 3 days notification prior arrival date is required in case of COE issues, positive covid test prior traveling or canceled or delayed flights (Justificative documents required or emails from the Royal Thai Embassy). No-show will be fully charged.
