Payment:

• A full prepayment is required to confirm the reservation
• Free amendment can be made but the hotel has to be informed prior arrival
• Cancelation policy. No charge if the booking is canceled before 7 days prior arrival. A penalty charge at 50% of the package will be applied if the booking is canceled less than 7 days prior arrival. A penalty charge at 100% of the package will be applied if the booking is canceled less than 3 days prior arrival. There will be no refund for cancelation or no-show, except if guests are unable to apply for COE or have been tested positive for covid 19 prior traveling
