Gym: While in quarantine, in-house guests will not be able to use the fitness center facilities. Equipment such as dumbbells or yoga mat can be provided (Subject to availability). Please contact the front desk.

Outside Walking Schedule: In accordance with Phuket Disease Control Center regulations, guests are not able to leave their rooms during the quarantine.

Outside Delivery Service: Cooked food can be delivered by family members or friends only. Alcohol and medicine without prescription are forbidden. The hotel must be informed in advance and items will be checked before delivering them to the guests’ rooms. Guests can download the 7/11 convenience store application for ordering some items.

Payment:

• A full prepayment is required to confirm the booking and issue the hotel confirmation letter
• In case guests need to cancel or amend the period of stay due to Government restriction, delayed embassy process, flight cancelation or positive test for covid 19 before traveling, official evidences are requested for considering a full refund. The hotel has to be notified at least 7 days prior the original arrival day. For urgent case, the hotel has to be notified in less than 48 hours.
