Gym: While in quarantine, in-house guests will not be able to use the fitness center facilities.
Outside Walking Schedule: For the 15 nights ASQ package, guests won’t be able to spend time at the hotel outdoor relaxing area.
Outside Delivery Service: Food and beverage deliveries via Grab / Food Panda are allowed. Please contact the front desk for further information. There is a 100 baht surcharge per delivery.

Payment:
- A full prepayment is required upon reservation
- Free amendment of arrival date with at least one day notice being given

- In case of a cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (Flight cancellation, COE denied or positive covid 19 test prior arrival), the hotel offers a full refund but supporting documents are required at least 2 days prior arrival for getting a refund.
