Gym: While in quarantine, in-house guests will not be able to use the fitness center. In-room equipment and yoga mat can be provided with an extra charge.

Outside Walking Schedule: For the 15 nights ASQ package, guests won’t be able to spend time at the hotel outdoor relaxing area.

• 3 covid 19 tests (RT-PCR) during the 15 nights ASQ package
• 24-hour standby nursing service.
• Daily health monitoring with a supervision of a nurse.
• For a medical consultation, an extra charge will be applied; 800 baht per time.

Payment:

• A THB 5,000 deposit is required and the balance has to be paid 3 days prior arrival
• In case of flights cancelation, the hotel will keep the money already paid for the postponed stay or a refund will be given to the guest. Justificative documents are requested.
• If the booking is cancelled 7 days prior arrival, no penalty will be charged
• If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days prior arrival, 50% from the total package will be charged
• Booking is not refundable in case of “No Show”
