Silom Serene is a 4 stars hotel which offers a comfortable stay amidst serene surroundings and a central location in Bangkok. Various services will be provided for your well-being by the hotel in collaboration with Bangpakok 9 International Hospital.
Gym: Guests can use the fitness center from day 2 after a first negative swab test but need to book in advance. Guests cannot use the swimming-pool
Outside Walking Schedule: Guests will be allowed to spend 45 minutes out of their rooms after a first negative swab test
Outside Delivery Service: Guests are allowed to order items but all parcels will be checked before delivering them to the rooms

Payment:
- Full payment is required at the date of booking
- Amendment can be made 15 days prior arrival date. Flexible for flights cancelation or rejected COE
- Cancelation of booking 30 days prior arrival date is free of charge
- Any cancelation received within 30 days prior arrival date will incur the full package charge
- Negotiable cancellation policy. 14 days prior arrival, a full refund may be considered. 07-13 days prior arrival, a 50% refund may be considered. 0-6 days prior arrival and no-show, no refund will be given
